ROAD BULLY
Story :
Met a road bully on the way to work today.. 2 lanes merged into one..a 40 yr plus man of indian descent ( bangla ? not sure) gave lewd hand signs and threatening gestures. Unperturbed i just stared at him.. he got down of the van ( next to him an indian lady) and wanted to confront me.. as usual dealing with these ppl. I stayed calm and not return any of his stupic reaction.. I watch and see what he does.
If he proceeds... to damage ur property ( car) or threatened to harm you.. YOU can arrest him under Section 27(1) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
Anyway, after the 5 sec stare down he went back to his car.. trick is folks nver get out of ur car first.. its a whole lot safer this way ..
In Malaysia court, if you are perceived to be the first person to make a move ( verbal /physical) you tend to lose out. This is my 3rd time road bullys get back into their car for me..
I guess this is the best scenario for everyone.. i am sure him wanting to prove his machoness can also be resolved.. he can call me a chicken or watever when he is in the car but i wont be able to hear it right..
the best WIN in a confrontation is a non fight...but if there is ..you should be prepared...
TRUE cowards are people who puts up a front to bully others and hide when they know they are out-done ..

MY VIGILANTE GOLDEN RULES:-
- Stay in your car
- When met stay calm- do not provoke further by showing lewd signs
- Note number plate if cant vehicle type
- Note facial features
- Call a friend ( usually road bully is always afraid of more people noticing it)
